A report needs an account. After that you can attach it to a year already filed here, or open a standalone ticket if the refund was never submitted through SteuerBack.
Do I have to pay anything?
Opening a report does not change what you owe. With “Pay from refund”, our fee is due only once the Finanzamt has paid you a refund, including a refund paid directly into your account, even if you have not heard from us. If the Finanzamt pays no refund, you owe nothing. With the upfront plan, we refund our fee if you are not eligible.
